Three persons are recovering after a car flipped over on Highway 17 and caught fire early on Saturday near the Port Mann Bridge in Surrey. According to Wales Police Services, the accident took place at around 1:40 a.m. and involved two adults and a young child before responding to the scene. The people suffered severe but non-life-threatening injuriesand were taken to the hospital, authorities said. The baby is with the community and has been examined by BC Ambulance. Trending Then

As the investigation progresses, Highway 17 is closed beneath the Port Mann Bridge. Police are asking anyone with information or video to call 604-599-0502 and quote file 2025-1897 ( SU).
