His Excellency, Mr Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar FAYE, President of the Republic of Senegal, will travel to Addis Ababa (Ethiopia) from 13 to 16 February 2025 to participate in the 38th ordinary session of the Conference of Heads of State and Government of the African Union (AU), under the theme: “Année de la justice pour les Africains et les personnes d’ascendance africaine par le biais de réparations”.. In the margins of this meeting, le Président de la République will participate in high-level meetings, including on the financing of health and the African peer review mechanism. He will also have bilateral talks with several of his colleagues and heads of international organisations.
