Nationwide League One (NLO) has revealed that 44 players have been released ahead of the 2025 season due to health issues.. The lower division body made this known in a statement posted on its official X handle on Tuesday.. “A total of 44 players have been released by Nationwide League One (NLO) after medical check-ups revealed health issues.. “The NLO emphasized the importance of regular medical examinations to prevent potential sudden deaths among players..
