The Copper Queens secured second place in Group A and are set to compete against Group B leaders Nigeria in the quarter-finals at the Larbi Zaouli Stadium in Casablanca on Friday. Under the guidance of coach Nora Häuptle, the team has showcased an impressive attacking style during the ongoing 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco, remaining unbeaten with two victories and one draw. Kundananji, who plays for Bay FC in the NWSL, has netted three goals for Zambia and has received two Woman of the Match honors.
