The Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko, arrived this Wednesday in Ankara, capital of the Republic of Turkey, for an official visit which will extend until 10 August. He is accompanied by an important delegation composed of members of the Government and senior officials of the administration. This diplomatic mission aims to strengthen the relations of cooperation between Senegal and Turkey, particularly in the economic, commercial, security and technological fields. The programme of this stay included several working sessions with the Turkish authorities, high-level bilateral meetings and field visits to strategic Turkish sites. These exchanges should lead to the signing of partnership agreements in various sectors.
