Host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu shared the news during the live eviction show on Sunday, revealing that Elegbede’s family had notified the show’s team of his death. This announcement followed the first two evictions of Season 10, with Danboskid being the first housemate eliminated. He received a heartfelt embrace from his close friend Zita before the remaining housemates celebrated him with cheers of “three gbosa for Danboskid.” Ibifubara was the second contestant to be eliminated. The voting results shown after the show indicated that Denari was the housemate who avoided eviction.
