Kenny Moore, the owner of Kittanning Tree Cutting Service, has been identified as the victim in a shooting in Armstrong County.  

One of the two survivors of a horrific shooting in Armstrong County has been identified as Kenneth” Kenny” Moore, the owner of Ken’s Tree &amp, Debris LLC, a tree cutting business in Kittanning, Pennsylvania.
Around 2:40 a.m., two people were killed on Wednesday night in Washington Township’s 100 block of Shaffer Lane after a killing.
Two dying people were discovered when Kittanning officers responded to the picture. A assume, Scott Shaffer, 56, was arrested and charged. He apparently confessed to the killing.
According to a primary inspection, Shaffer and the two victims were at Ruby’s Den Burger &amp, Spirits Bar and Grill and invited them back to his home.
Shaffer proceeded and instructed his 18-year-old girl to be inside and not leave. When the victims arrived, he shot both of them and demanded that his daughter conceal the tool. She otherwise called 911 leading to his arrest.
Both victims were identified by police, who just listed their age as 27 and 32. On social media, Karen Moore was identified by grieving associates.
According to his Instagram account, Moore, of East Brady, operated the trees cut, trimming and treatment services Ken’s Tree &amp, Debris. He was formerly employed by Asplundh Tree Expert Company. Kendall is a Ford City High School graduate.
Friends described him as a silent man, a hard worker, and a wonderful friend.
” Kenny Moore was the sweetest heart, and he deserved far more than what the earth had to offer,” Moore said. We had long conversations and singing times, and I will always treasure those times. Knowing that next trip will be the last occasion I’ll ever see you again, makes me heartbroken. One of the many tributes left in his pride read,” You always knew how to make people laugh and you had a heart of gold.”
Moore leaves behind two children he adored, Baylie and Nixon.
