The investigation into the death of François Mancabou, which took place while he was in custody, is rapidly evolving. According to the information reported by L’Observateur, the judge of the 2nd cabinet has summoned a dozen people, among which police officers of the Sûreté urbaine de Dakar, to be heard in the framework of the investigation. A report of the autopsy carried out by the medical examiner, the police records, the witnesses’ interviews and the chronology of the events are now included in the file. The investigators also have a video showing the evacuation of M. Mancabou at the Hospital Principal, a few minutes after the incident.
