Following a long trace, El Hadji Babacar Dioum, alias ” Kocc “, was arrested by the Division spéciale de cybersécurité (DSC) and then charged by the doyen des juges. He has been placed under arrest for a series of serious charges: association of malefactors, blackmail, child pornography, extortion, administrative fraud, money laundering, and dissemination of contents contrary to good morals.
