A person has been charged with sexually assaulting two kids in Winnipeg’s unlicensed childcare. They claim that the person was indicted in September on three counts of sexual abuse and two counts of physical intervention. The man was an adult at the time of his imprisonment, but police are unable to release his name because they believe some of the expenses date back to when he was under the age of 18.
