Diagnostic For more than a decade, Groupe La Poste has been going through a systemic crisis which threatens its role as the public operator of reference in postal, financial and logistical services. Inheritor of the Office des Postes et Télécommunications, the Société nationale La Poste, with its subsidiaries Postefinances and EMS Sénégal, has progressively lost its vitality, under the combined effect of a failing governance, an insufficiently regulated increased competition, an insufficient modernisation and a financial imbalance that has become chronic.
