The Regional Narcotics Brigade (BRS) in Dakar, which is part of the Central Office for the Suppression of Illicit Trafficking in Narcotic Drugs (OCRTIS), has put an end to a drug trafficking network operating from an apartment on the tenth floor of a building in Plateau. Five suspects, including the alleged mastermind Dame Amar and her Moroccan partner, were presented this Thursday morning before the Dakar High Court, according to Seneweb sources.
