EPL: Nicol suggests that Manchester United shouldn’t hesitate and should replace Amorim.

Former Liverpool right-back Steve Nicol has suggested that Manchester United should consider replacing their manager, Ruben Amorim. Nicol’s remarks came after Amorim’s team suffered a 3-0 loss to Manchester City in the Premier League derby on Sunday, where goals from Phil Foden and Erling Haaland led Pep Guardiola’s squad to victory at the Etihad Stadium. During his appearance on ESPN FC’s YouTube channel, Nicol stated, “Well, they need to change him [Amorim] then.” There’s no sense in postponing things. “Essentially, he’s stating, ‘the next time we take the field, this is what we’re delivering again since I’m not altering anything.’ Furthermore, no one in the United squad is going to make any changes either. It honestly seems somewhat like self-preservation, as there clearly isn’t a team present.
