Effective people forgive themselves and others. Whenever these people make a mistake, they avoid feeling guilty; that’s why they are able to understand others and forgive them. They live in the present and do not allow themselves to be dominated by the mental cauldron that recalls the thoughts of the past and the concerns of the future. They know how to take advantage of the present moment and be satisfied with what they have while waiting to find something better. They render service to the people in a conscientious manner, convinced that rendering service is the rent to be paid to benefit from the privileges of this world. Personal effectiveness is also being able to solve problems. See problems as opportunities and not as calamities. To know how to put oneself in a good position to find solutions by acting.
