Le porte-parole adjoint de l’Alliance pour la République (APR), Pape Mahawa Diouf has been sentenced, this Monday before the tribunal des flagrants délits de Dakar to a sentence of one month assorted by the suspension. The judge refused the assertion of his request for constitution of a civil party. Pape Mahawa Diouf was prosecuted for dissemination of false news, following statements made during the Faram Facce broadcast on 17 September 2025 on Télévision Futurs Médias (TFM).
