Le président du collège des juges d’instruction, Idrissa Diarra, of the judiciaire financier pool, has finally accepted the offer of solidarity bail of 240 million FCFA made by the former mayor of Guédiawaye, Aliou Sall, and his wife Aïssata Sall. Judge Diarra signed the order in view of a warning to the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations. The information was confirmed by one of their lawyers, Me El Hadji Diouf. The couple will face the magistrate instructor for indictment. Aliou Sall and his wife are one step away from their release, either under judicial control or in provisional liberty. Their arrest by the DIC was the result of a judicial delegation ordered by the magistrate-in-charge, in the context of an investigation opened after the report of the National Financial Information Processing Unit (CENTIF).
