Following the tragic death of the young butcher Cheikh Touré, his mother was questioned by the media about the circumstances in which her child was killed in Ghana. She said her son left the country for a test in Morocco. And a few days after, Cheikh sent him a voice message asking for the sum of 850 000 FCFA for his stay. The mother then announced that she had sent him a sum of 500 000 FCFA. “When I sent him this sum, I re-listened to his voice message and I immediately understood that Cheikh had been ordered by someone. The next day, he sent me a message demanding the sum of 150 000 FCfa.
