The Doyen of the investigating judges has charged the columnist Ameth Ndoye for the offences of offence to a person exercising all or part of the prerogatives of the President of the Republic and dissemination of false news. Unlike the public prosecutor who requested the mandat de dépôt in his introductory requisitoire, the judge decided to place Ameth Ndoye under an electronic bracelet. The accused is assisted by his counsel Me Alioune Badara Fall et Abou Alassane Diallo.
