​DIC: The reasons for the interrogation of Pape Malick Ndour 

  Under the influence of a judicial delegation, Pape Malick Ndour has been taken hostage this Thursday by elements of the Division des Investigations Criminelles (DIC). The Coordinateur des cadres de l’Alliance pour la République (APR) is currently being interviewed by the investigators on its management at the Programme des Domaines Agricoles Communautaires (Prodac).
