The Dakar public transport company Dem Dikk (DDD) has informed its customers of the temporary closure of its call centre for maintenance reasons. According to a communiqué published by the management, this interruption will take effect until Monday 10 November 2025 at 7 hours. During this period, the usual telephone number, 33 824 10 10, will not be available. To ensure the continuity of the service, Dakar Dem Dikk invites its users to use other communication channels. In particular, the company made available its mobile application Dem Dikk, its official website demdikk. As well as its various agencies in the capital.
