Ndella Madior Diouf, owner of the Keur Yeurmandé pouponnière, will be tried this Tuesday 11 November 2025 before the Criminal Chamber of the High Court of Dakar. La prévenue, en détention depuis le 28 décembre 2023, est poursuivie pour une série de délits graves notamment : ” trafficking in persons, unlawful practice of medicine, deprivation of food or medical care having led to the death of a minor and endangering the life of others, failure to assist a person in danger, illegal obtaining of burial certificates “. This affair had made a great noise. Six (6) babies had lost their lives in difficult circumstances in the pouponnière. In view of the gravity of the charges, all the requests for provisional release were rejected by the dean of judges.
