Of these, 195 will have full voting rights at each stage of the electoral process, while the others will have partial participation according to their level of affiliation. The regional distribution shows a strong representation of Dakar (121 associations), followed by Thiès (33), Diourbel (18), Kaolack (8), Saint-Louis (6), Louga (3), Fatick (2), Kolda (1) and Tambacounda (1). Two structures, one from Diourbel and the other from Thiès, initially considered as voters at all levels, will participate only partially after examination of their files. The Commission électorale also specifies that 20 groupements nationaux will vote at the federal level, while 60 structures affiliated to the Comité national de gestion de la lutte (CNG) will vote only at the départemental level. Welcoming the good progress of the preparations, the Commission announced the forthcoming elaboration of a voting guide, intended to facilitate the understanding of the electoral process by all voters.
