Having just returned to Dakar to defend the budget of his ministry before the Finance Commission of the National Assembly, Dr Abdourahmane Diouf has only made a brief visit to Senegal. The Minister of the Environment and Ecological Transition will take the plane again on Wednesday, 12 November, to Belém, Brazil, where the United Nations’ COP30 on climate is being held, one of the largest international meetings on ecological transition. Before resuming the route, he will participate in the Council of Ministers scheduled for Wednesday, L’Observateur reports.
