The President of the Republic has taken the following decisions: In the name of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. • Mr Mamadou Lamine NDIAYE, Commissaire aux enquêtes économiques, with registration number 681 520/D, is hereby appointed Director-General of the Agency for the Promotion of Industrial Sites (APROSI), in place of Mr Amadou GUEYE. • Mr Moussa BA, Logisticien, is appointed President of the Administrative Council of the Agence de Régulation des Marchés (ARM), replacing Mr ElHadji Malick MBOUP.
