​L’Arcop took the Sones on a market of 13, 429 billion francs 

  In the context of the technical audits, the auditors commissioned by Arcop examined lot 22 of the contract for the construction of a water intake at Bango and a new 12 000 m3/day treatment station at Saint-Louis (Khor) including the supply and installation of a main distribution line Dn 500 over 10,5 km and Dn 103 over 1,3 km. That contract, which had been the subject of two tenderers, had been awarded after a call for tenders to the grouping Camacho Engenharia SA/Espina and Delfin for a sum of 13,429. 769.902 Fcfa.. Indeed, concerning the contractual part of the contract executed in 2021, several breaches have been noted. Firstly, the monthly reports of activity, the journals of the construction site and the CV of the project manager “are not of sufficient quality”, according to the auditors. Indeed, “they do not allow the reader to have clear information of the various events, delays or difficulties encountered in the framework of the project.
