General Horta N’Tam has been invested as President of the Transition and the High Military Command to lead Guinea-Bissau for a year. “I have just been invested to assure the direction of the High Command”, declared General Horta N’Tam, after having taken the oath during a ceremony at the headquarters of the General Staff, where security has been strongly reinforced, ont constaté des journalistes de l’AFP.
