East African Community (EAC) has inaugurated the new headquarters of the Lake Victoria Basin Commission (LVBC) in Kisumu, a USD 3.54 million regional investment fully funded by partner states. The ultramodern facility, built on 2.8 acres donated by the Kenyan government in 2008, is expected to strengthen cross-border cooperation, environmental management, research, and economic transformation…Â Â Â
