The case of the Programme des Domaines Agricoles Communautaires (Prodac) has become a real financial scandal in Senegal, exposing serious irregularities in the management of public funds. The report of the Inspection Générale des Finances (IGF) reveals a series of shortcomings attributed to the former minister Mame Mbaye Niang, and sheds light on a management that arouses strong criticism.
