The visit of the Minister of Labour, Employment and Relations with the Institutions, Mr Abass Fall, accompanied by a strong delegation on Qatari territory was fruitful. The successor of Yancoba Diemé has managed to obtain 1000 job opportunities for Senegalese people in several sectors such as technology, science, medicine, logistics, among others. Recruitment will be conducted in a transparent manner, on the basis of interviews organised with the candidates, in accordance with the needs expressed by the Qatari government as well as private companies. The Direction de l’Emploi, in charge of the management of this process, will ensure the communication of all the necessary information to candidates and stakeholders. This initiative constitutes a new stage in the strengthening of relations between Senegal and Qatar, while offering real professional perspectives for qualified Senegalese.
