Kelsey Bourdon, a mother of three in Elkhart, tragically passed away from complications following the birth of her second child.
Baby no was delivered by Kelsey. 3, a girl who worked as a nurse at the Elkhart General Hospital with her father Tyler Bourdon, on January 20th. According to Tyler, she developed swelling in her mind, suffered a arrest and cruelly died around 2 p. m. on Friday, January 24.
Kelly has chosen to donate annually since she first obtained her license, and a donor hero walk will be held sometime tomorrow at EGH, according to Tyler, which will start in the ICU waiting room ( Elevator G ) and end at the ER entrance.
Elkhart General Hospital workers praised Kelsey for being a wonderful caregiver and for her generosity even after her death during the superhero walk on Saturday.
