Arsenal legend, Thierry Henry hailed hailed two Liverpool players after their 1-0 win over Inter Milan in the Champions League on Tuesday.
Recall that Liverpool defeated Inter Milan at San Siro thanks to Dominik Szoboszlai’s second-half penalty.
Speaking after the game, Henry showered special praises on Szoboszlai and Alexis Mac Allister, insisting that the duo were magnificent and very good against the Serie A side.
“For me it was not a penalty but you still need have to bury it and Szoboszlai did that,” Henry said on CBS Sports.
“He’s been one of Liverpool’s best players this season, I have to say. He was magnificent and Mac Allister was also very good.
“I liked the way Liverpool played and how Arne Slot stopped Inter from playing, his tactics were on point.”
The victory leave Liverpool in 8th positiion on the Champions League table 6 games.
