EPL: He’ll help Amorim’s side – Nani hands Man Utd signing to make

Former Manchester United player Nani has encouraged his old club to pursue a January transfer for Bournemouth forward Antoine Semenyo.

The Portuguese expressed confidence that Semenyo would be a valuable asset to Ruben Amorim’s team if he decides to join the Red Devils.

“Why not?” Nani told Metro when speaking about whether Man United should go for Semenyo in the transfer window.

“That is the type of player the fans want to see. However, we know that when players come to Man United, this is totally different. They’ve to adapt.

“I hope, if we get Semenyo, he can come with his attitude, with this mentality, and he can put all of his talent on the field and help the team.”

In 2023, Semenyo joined Bournemouth from English side Bristol City.

The 25-year-old Ghanaian international had interest from Manchester United and Tottenham, but ended up signing a new contract with the Cherries.
