In an interview with the TFM on Tuesday, El Malick Ndiaye, President of the National Assembly of Senegal, addressed the subject of appointments, affirming that he had chosen the directors general without taking into account their past. At the Treasury Directorate, the Customs Directorate, and in many other key directorates, we have opted for professionals in the sector”, said El Malick Ndiaye. Ndiaye added: “We have selected people we had never heard of before, but whose CVs were impressive. After the interviews, we have observed a great satisfaction. I have appointed directors for La Senter, Air Sénégal, Anacim, and others, who, although new to us, already bring us good results. ” He also underlined: “We have worked with people who fought alongside us, who believe in the Pastef Project, and who, despite the sacrifices, the loss of their jobs and even imprisonment, deserve to be named”.
