The woman and three of the children who painfully perished in a fire at Kumasi-Gyinyase’s husband and father have broken his silence about the horrifying event.
In a heart-wrenching consideration, he described the pain of hearing his son’s eager cries for help as they struggled in their last moments. He believes that he will always be haunted by his own powerlessness.
The horrible fire, which occurred on Sunday, fully engulfed their area, leaving no opportunity for exit. The area is in full mourning as a result of the fire’s actual cause, which is still being investigated.
The most agonizing thing I’ve always experienced is hearing my kids yell for help but being unable to accomplish anything, he lamented.
Many people are shocked and grieving over the tragic loss of the grieving father, with several gathered with their friends and family. Debate about fire safety and emergency response procedures in residential areas have even resurfaced following the incident.
