( BPRW) FPL Brings Energy-Saving Solutions to Little HaitiWill also provide free food distribution from Farm Share, and host a Community Resource Fair ( Black PR Wire ) Miami, FL –WHAT: Florida Power &amp, Light Company’s ( FPL) team of energy experts, community relations and external affairs will host a Power to Save event at the Little Haiti Cultural Complex in Miami on Wednesday, Feb. 19. Through this system, FPL provides free energy performance products and services including Lead lightbulbs, weather-stripping/caulking, limited pipes fix, water heater pipe-wrapping, water sink aerator and low-flow shower mind, A/C product inspection and more. Customers who reside in eligible zip codes you set up an appointment for a Power to Save representative to come to their house to install energy-efficient fixtures and get free energy savings information. To overcome food uncertainty, FPL and Farm Share are collaborating. As supplies past, Farm Share will offer free food items to Power to Save attendees. A group resource good will also be held to provide locals with useful information and resources. The bank’s goal is to share useful tools for healthier living and a balanced lifestyle and educate consumers on how to conserve energy. FPL energy experts will respond to inquiries and set up visits to clients ‘ homes to fit energy-saving things. They will also provide advice on how to keep their payments as low as possible.
