He also triumphed in three duels. Arsenal narrowed the gap at the Premier League summit to four points following a tough 0-2 victory against Leicester. The Gunners faced challenges in their attack due to injuries leading into the match. This marked the first occasion they began a Premier League match without Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli, Gabriel Jesus, or Kai Havertz since the last match of the 2020-21 season.
