Police have arrested a murder suspect accused of fatally stabbing a motorcycle (boda boda) rider at Kondele roundabout in Kisumu County. The suspect, identified as Wycliffe Kipkasari Kipsaina, was arrested in the Jebrok area of Vihiga County, where he had gone into hiding after the incident.
