Super Eagles midfielder Alex Iwobi expressed his belief that Fulham will secure a spot in Europe by the conclusion of the Premier League season. The Nigerian international is currently having one of his most successful seasons with the club, having scored seven goals and provided three assists so far. In an interview on the Fulham Fix Podcast, Iwobi mentioned that the team is collaborating effectively to achieve their goal of qualifying for Europe. Everyone is appreciating the experience, savoring the journey, but we proceed one step at a time. Many people are calling it a fantastic season, but since it’s not over yet, I hope it turns out to be great. “It would definitely be wonderful to play in Europe again, especially since I have experience doing it before. Seeing the talent we have during training and how we’re achieving results against top teams in the league, who are involved in major competitions, gives us the confidence that we can also achieve that. So, I’m hopeful that we’ll be able to compete in Europe next year,” the former Arsenal player shared on the Fulham Fix Podcast.
