Transfer deadline day: Arsenal announce deal for Kamara 

Arsenal, on Monday, announced that Osman Kamara has joined Championship club, Blackburn Rovers, on a permanent transfer.

Kamara joined the Gunners in May 2014 and eventually signed his first professional contract with the Premier League North London club in June 2024.

The 19-year-old has made a total of 77 appearances for Arsenal’s Academy between the under-18 and under-21 levels.

He scored 21 goals and provided five assists for Arsenal.

Kamara has also represented Sierra Leone at the youth level, making his debut in the U-20 Africa Cup of Nations.

“We thank Osman for his contribution to the club during his time with us and wish him all the best for his next chapter with Blackburn Rovers,” Arsenal’s statement partly read.
