EFCC arraigns man over alleged N21m theft 

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has arraigned a man identified as Nosakhare Osarobo Olawale for an alleged N21 million theft.

The EFCC stated this on a post on its social media handles on Wednesday.

The EFCC brought Olawale before Justice O. A. Okunuga of the Lagos State High Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos, on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.

The suspect, it was learnt, is facing a two-count charge involving stealing of a sum of N21 million, before the Lagos State High Court, Ikeja, Lagos.

The commission reaffirmed its commitment to combat economic and financial crimes.

“The Lagos Zonal Directorate 2 of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, arraigned one Nosakhare Osarobo Olawale for an alleged N21m theft before Justice O.A. OKunuga of the Lagos State High Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos.

“Olawale is being prosecuted on a two-count charge bordering on stealing to the tune of N21,000,000 (Twenty One Million Naira),” the commission said.
