​Trump freezes aid to Ukraine after clash with Zelensky 

  President Donald Trump issued an execution threat and ordered a “pause” in U.S. military aid to Ukraine in the war against Russia on Monday, three days after the altercation at the White House with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. “We are pausing and re-examining our aid to ensure that it contributes to the search for a solution” to the conflict between Ukraine and Russia, a White House official said on condition of anonymity. We need our partners to commit themselves to achieving this objective”, he added.
