Johannesburg – The Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) has announced the end of the tenure of several directors, but the board remains quorate with six members.
In a terse statement made available to The Bulrushes on Tuesday, 3 March 2026, ACSA said the tenure of the directors had come to an end at the weekend.
ACSA advised stakeholders that the terms of office of the following directors of ACSA expired on 1 March 2026:
- Ms. Ntombifuthi Zikalala Mvelase, who also served as the Interim Chairman of the Board;
- Mr. Yershen Pillay;
- Mr. Gcobani Mancotywa;
- Ms. Sibongile Sambo; and
- Ms. Nonzukiso Siyotula.
“The Board expresses its sincere appreciation to the above directors for their contribution and service to the Company during their tenure,” the statement said.
“The Board confirms that it remains quorate with six members and continues to operate in accordance with the Company’s Memorandum of Incorporation and applicable governance requirements.
“Further announcements regarding any new appointments will be made in due course.”
