US President Donald Trump has said that he was nowhere near a decision on potential ground operations in Iran.
Trump made this statement on Monday while speaking with the New York Post.
“We haven’t made any decision on that. We’re nowhere near it,” Trump said.
He also emphasized that he was “not happy” with the newly selected Supreme Leader of Iran, Mojtaba Khamenei.
He said he would not reveal his plans for the new Iran’s leader.
“I’m not going to tell you what my plan for him is. I’m not happy with him,” he said.
The US President equally waived off concerns about spiking oil prices, saying he has plans for everything.
He told Americans that they would all be happy.
