Iran has said that it is not seeking a ceasefire anymore as the US-Israeli war continues to throw the region into chaos.
Iranian Parliament Speaker, Mohammed Bagher Ghalibaf, made this vow on Tuesday.
“We are definitely not looking for a ceasefire; we believe that the aggressor should be punched in the mouth so that he learns a lesson so that he will never think of attacking our beloved Iran again,” Ghalibaf said.
Recall that the US and Israel started attacking Iran on February 28, killing Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
Iran has also retaliated and targeted US interests across the Middle East, including American diplomatic missions and military bases.
DAILY POST reports that the crisis marks the second aggression by the two countries against Iran in less than 12 months.
