Women Rep urges youth, women, PWDs to take empowerment grants 

Nakuru Women Representative Ms Lizz Chelule has renewed calls for youth, women and persons with disabilities (PWDs) to utilise empowerment funds responsibly to achieve economic independence and self-reliance.
