Dignitaries have begun arriving at the National Mosque in Abuja, where family members, friends, and well-wishers have gathered for the Janazah prayer of Hajiya Umma El-Rufai, mother of former Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai.
Prominent figures present at the mosque are, the Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani, the Former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, Former Presidential candidate, Peter Obi, Atiku Abubakar and the National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu.
DAILY POST gathered that the Janazah (funeral) prayer for Hajiya Umma El-Rufai was scheduled to take place at the National Mosque, Central Area, Abuja, at 1:00 pm
This will be followed by the burial at the Gudu Cemetery in the Apo area of Abuja.
