Durban – Scottburgh’s favourite family-friendly destination, Crocworld Conservation Centre, is inviting visitors to an unforgettable Easter celebration on 3 and 4 April 2026, with a host of fun activities planned for the holiday.
Families can look forward to action-packed days designed for families and young visitors. This includes:
- A colouring competition for children aged 6 to 12
- Face painting
- A jumping castle
- Special appearances by the Easter Bunny with sweet treats
- Local market vendors selling crafts and gifts
“We’re looking forward to welcoming families for a really special Easter experience,” said Susan Badat, Centre Manager at Crocworld Conservation Centre.
“It’s a wonderful opportunity for visitors to enjoy the outdoors, connect with nature, and create lasting memories with loved ones.”

So Much Happening at Crocworld
Beyond the Easter festivities, visitors can enjoy Crocworld’s wide range of attractions, including daily crocodile feedings, informative talks, and meeting a variety of fascinating characters at this beautiful park.
The on-site Fish Eagle Café will be serving delicious meals and refreshments, with splendid ocean views, making this the perfect spot to relax in a coastal setting.
Adding to the excitement, Crocworld recently launched Badger’s Cycling and Sports Centre (CSC), an on-site bike shop catering to cycling enthusiasts of all levels.
This forms part of a broader redevelopment currently underway, with plans to expand biking trails and host events such as the Renishaw Solstice Race on 20 June 2026.
While upgrades to the facility have begun, Crocworld remains fully operational, with all attractions open to visitors.
These enhancements are part of a long-term vision to create a community adventure hub that blends conservation and recreation.
