Israel has struck Iran in a new wave of attacks, killing no fewer than nine people.
The strikes took place over the night across Iran, according to state-run IRAN newspaper
The state media said that airstrikes were reported on Ahvaz, Bandar Lengeh, Karaj and Shiraz regions.
This comes after the United States President Donald Trump gave a 48-hour ultimatum to Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz or the entire country would be blown out.
These actions were part of intensified exchanges following joint US-Israel strikes, raising significant regional tensions
According to reports, the strikes followed a series of attacks between Israel and Iran, including a notable incident where nine people were killed in Beit Shemesh, Israel, by Iranian missiles.
