Bayern Munich youngster, Lennart Karl, has issued a warning to Real Madrid ahead of his both sides’ Champions League clash on Tuesday.
Real Madrid will host Bayern Munich in the Champions League quarter-final first-leg tie at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Both teams were in action in their respective domestic leagues on Saturday.
Real Madrid lost 2-1 at Mallorca in the LaLiga, while Bayern Munich defeated Freiburg 3-2 in the Bundesliga.
Speaking after Bayern defeated Freiburg, Karl was asked about facing Real Madrid.
The 18-year-old responded (via Mundo Deportivo): “We have talked in the locker room about how this victory gives us a lot of confidence for the game in Madrid.
“It’s very important to have won. In fact, right now we feel unbeatable.”
Bayern Munich has lost only two matches across all competitions this season.
Vincent Kompany’s side currently sits at the top of the Bundesliga table with 9 points ahead of second-position Borussia Dortmund.
