A medical doctor, Ere Siana Sintei Ogbachi, has d!ed after successfully delivering triplets in Bayelsa State.
Ere gave birth at the Niger State University Teaching Hospital (NDUTH) in Okolobiri, Yenagoa.
Her brother, Meshack Sintei, who confirmed the sad news in a Facebook post on Wednesday, said she suffered complications shortly after delivery and was rushed to the Federal Medical Centre, Yenagoa, where a team of doctors, experts and specialists battled to save her life.
Sadly, she passed away in the early hours of Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
